As owner of Rameeza’s Repertoire, I love teaching people about the techniques and flavours of the food that I adore.
As well as teaching Indian Cookery, I also teach a wide variety of cuisines for the Cookery Skills attaining to the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.
My Indian Cookery Workshops are held in my purpose built kitchen in West Byfleet (as well as online) where I empower people to cook the food that they love and enjoy witnessing the joys of them widening their culinary experience.
Having always been a tremendous foodie, I am obsessed with flavour! My background and life journey (my parents hailing from different regions of sub-continental India and I’ve lived in Paris) have exposed me to such a fantastic variety of food, from which I have developed a keen understanding of diverse flavours.
From closely guarded family recipes to newer and exciting food combinations, I am eager to share her formulae and secrets with you.
I also sell a very popular Friday Curry (for those who would prefer to eat, rather than cook!).
