|Programme of Activity |
We know that everyone is as eager as we are to start seeing some activity on site. While we all await the decision on the Reserved Matters application, we wanted to share the anticipated timescales for the next phases of the project.
It is expected that Woking Borough Council’s planning committee will make its decision on the Reserved Matters application when it meets on 06 April. Approval will see the project progress to the demolition phase. Currently, we are targeting for this to start in late spring and to take approximately 30 weeks to complete.
From there, we will move into a 36-month construction programme, with an aim to complete the redevelopment by summer 2024. The timescale is now live on our website and can be viewed at any time: https://bit.ly/2P7XsDb.
